There is also a ground-floor cloakroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, as well as a gravelled front garden with patio and seating area. Foxstones Cottage is a characterful property, well-placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Please note: this property can only accept week long stays starting on a Saturday between April and October, if you require any other day please enquire directly with Sykes.

The town offers an ancient castle, a beautiful old parish church and a colourful market, held four times a week, occupying the cobbled high street.
