We were just passing through waiting on a connecting flight and there's no shuttle service from the airport to this hotel though it indicated that there was online. There is bus and taxi service but the information I got from this hotel about those services was inaccurate and very untimely. They also gave me information about the post office that's like a block away but the timing was wrong on that as well and not being from the country that was a problem. The night staff was very nice though getting wrong information more than helpful. Good morning staff was busy and personal phone calls

I would not use this hotel again, it really was poor! I booked a double room and was told none available and given a triple room. The beds were awful you literally sunk in them! Worse of all was they do not tell you there is a club attached and our room was directly over it with music blaring past midnight and we had to be up and out at 4am for a flight! Just terrible!

We chose this property since it was close to Heathrow for our flight home. The staff and checkin was great. Our room was sufficient for needs. Small but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well as the staff. Easy to get to the airport and car rental drop off.

You advertise this property as a T5 (Terminal property) I checked and they said shuttle bus available at airport . Arrived at airport and told no shuttle now runs any where near the hotel .Tried for a taxi and they refused to take me as outside M25 . After being literally stranded a the Airport eventually got a taxi driver to agree to take me but wanted £30 . I feel your advertising of this property misleading and want to make a official complaint regarding this

Staff here are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but musty smelling and bed super uncomfortable. Food on the evening was good. Overall a convenient stay for Heathrow.

Not really at Heathrow Airport

The hotel was located far from the airport and difficult to get to. The hotel provided no information on how to get to the hotel and was not on the Hotel Hopper routes. Vewry disappointed.
