Room was damp

The only complaints we had was that the room was damp. What I mean was that the sheets felt wet and the clothes that we had hanging in the closet felt wet. It was very muggy in the room,felt like it needed a dehumidifier. The air conditioning was good, nice and cool,but it didn't matter what temp it was set at,it still felt damp. Also, to use the pool, you had to wait for the front desk person to let you in to the pool. That seemed a little time consuming as they were checking people in and we had to wait for them to finish.They were apologetic and very friendly, just seemed odd. The breakfast attendant was amazing,friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a little variety, but what was there was good.The facility was very clean and the location was great. I would like to say that we would stay there again, but the dampness of the room made it feel uncomfortable.

I am a wheelchair user and require an accessible room. Though we knew going in to this booking that the accessible room had a bathtub, we were understanding because it was a short notice booking. The room was clean and though the carpet was less than ideal for a wheelchair, the room thankfully had an automatic opener. The elevator was quick and well-maintained, and the building overall was very accessible for me. Accessible parking could certainly be improved, as there was only one spot that I found and it was standard width, making it difficult to get out of my vehicle when someone is parked beside me.

Clean, friendly and good value

Nice, clean hotel. Recently renovated. Very friendly staff; pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. Breakfast was good with several hot options (sausages, eggs, hashbrowns, waffles). Good value for the price.
