Nice room with two queen beds and bathtub. Snack shop has a great supply of varied items. Convenient to shopping, groceries, gas and restaurants. Check in was pleasant and quick. Would stay here again.

An average hotel for my needs. Staff were welcoming, but very blunt In average hotel responses. No hair conditioner in the rooms, doesn’t make much sense. Breakfast was mediocre.

The Hampton Inn Brockville appeared to be either new or newly updated! The hotel was very clean and the staff wonderful. The room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. Very close to everything and very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice!

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as were the chairs. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The warm breakfast offered a nice variety and was delicious.

Puppy road trip

the room was as described, all staff were friendly and courteous, We have travelled recently and we both have mobility issues, so an accessible shower is important to us. this simple feature is not always easy to request when booking on-line.as accessible rooms refer to hearing impairment not mobility issues. we have checked into many hotels in the past few years to find un satisfactory shower access and have to either change rooms or hotels altogether to get whet we needed. In response to this, on check in i requested to see the room before checking in, this request was accepted cheerfully and i was escorted to room by very a helpful staff person. all apects of our stay was top notch
