Our impromptu getaway was so very needed!!! Lots of life’s happenings caused a well-deserved break!! Shanna’s communication before the trip was professional & well planned. We checked in later than we wanted due to our late departure, however, when we walked in, we were completely wowed with this condo! The condo looked like every single picture shared online! This condo is in pristine condition! Once we were there, we never even left! We brought our own snacks and food to eat and enjoyed every second we got enjoying this rental! I spent many hours on the beach as it was absolutely gorgeous weather! The kitchen was very well stocked, and all items were even labeled! My Type A personality appreciated all of the extra details! All linens were clean, crisp, white, and had no odors. I appreciated the expectations they shared for their beautiful condo in their welcome information. It’s obvious they want each guest to have the exclusive amenities they offer! We did enjoy the restaurant in the complex!There is no doubt that we will use Shanna’s condo many times in the future!!! You’ve done a beautiful job allowing us to have a home away from home!
We were able to sit at the bar, pulling out all of our charcuterie items and enjoying this classically, clean kitchen!

Wow!!! What an amazing condo! It was so clean when we arrived! The view is just as it appears, as well as the interior. The windows were so clean, it looked like there weren’t any there, making the view even more incredible! From the linens to the toiletries, the hosts have the necessities you need to begin enjoying your stay. Speaking of the hosts, they were extremely quick to respond and very friendly. Everything was perfect for a much needed, relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to go back! If there were 10 stars, I’d rate it a 10!!!!

The pictures on the website don’t do the condo justice. It’s a beautiful place and very spacious. The master bedroom was amazing and we loved it. The location was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the live music from the restaurant. The only thing that would have made it better was if Villa Capriani had a walkway down to the beach. The stairs were a little steep for one of the members of our party. Overall, we highly recommend the condo and the owners.

This is a beautiful space! They have decorated and put so much thought into updating this unit. It is one of the prettiest units I have stayed in at Villa Capriani. The beach is always wonderful and you can see the ocean from your kitchen table. The pools are always fantastic. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and their little piece of paradise.

Relaxing getaway

Our family has stayed at several North Topsail locations and we’re thinking this one might be IT. From the unit itself, with the most relaxing bed with an incredible view, to the fabulous stretch of beach this was a fantastic getaway. The communication we had with our host was top notch and I’m looking forward to returning the next time we are in the area.

The sea is calling!

THE VIEW! We LOVED our stay! The moment you walk into the condo you are greeted with the most spectacular view of the ocean. This is an ocean front condo with views you won’t be able to get enough of. The condo is professional decorated which adds to its charm. Kitchen is well stocked and the luxury towels/ bedding are delightful. The beach and pool were quiet and clean. We also enjoyed a few meals at the onsite restaurant (Splash) - so easy. We spent our early am and then evenings on the balcony watching the sun and ocean. Easy communication with the host -responsive, friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip. Can’t wait to return.

A good place to relax on the beach

Beautiful views in comfortable setting

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were all very comfortable as was the living area furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped, except missing tin foil/parchment paper for reheating leftovers. We loved the work spaces, too. The ocean views are wonderful, with comfortable swivel chairs (wish they could squeeze in more than two). Be sure to visit Splash downstairs for lunch and dinner. They've got a great outdoor eating space when weather is good and delicious gluten free (and regular) meal options. If you walk to the pier, be sure to bring money so you can go on it. We missed out there, but the walk on the beach was lovely. The pools were closed (way too cold to swim in at this time of year anyway) and needed tending but we've seen them during the open season where they are picturesque. Overall, we would absolutely return to this unit. The owners were super responsive, helpful and great to work with. We miss it already!

The front door lock is a little tricky. More detailed instructions would help. There were zero supplies like tim foil, salt and pepper. Almost every other BRBO we’ve stayed has some of these basics. We were there for only 4 days.

Lovely unit

We had a great stay at this unit. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The owner provided more than enough linens and the real-sized toiletries were such a bonus. The unit was very well stocked in general and other than a few normal/minor wear and tear things everything was in good working condition. We would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again! We have two little kids and being close to the beach and pools were perfect. The condo has every amenity that we needed and there is a restaurant on the first floor of the building that was delicious! Once the kids went down we were able to enjoy the balcony and on some nights there was live music at the restaurant. We will definitely recommend this rental to family and friends in the future!

Wonderful beachfront condo!

My family of three very much enjoyed our three-day stay. The unit is spacious and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the views are to die for! It was a bit of a hike to the oceanfront for my 83-year-old mother but she managed just fine. (The unit is at the bottom of a U shape complex and you are not allowed to cut through the restaurant to go to the beach.) We dined at Splash twice for lunch and really enjoyed it. And since it was late October, we had do issue parking at the property. We would definitely return!
