Perfect Beach Getaway

Great location

This cottage is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood close to the beach. Nice view of the ocean! Shopping and restaurants are within a short driving distance. Beach access was close to the house.

BLESSED!!!! To find this GEM!!

We had a GREAT week at the cottage and can’t wait until April 2024. We will be there for two weeks. I feel bad having to give every area a 5 star. That is way to low. The property manager Betsy is phenomenal. She went that extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. Living room/den has plenty of seating. The queen bed is comfortable. The sun room is one of our favorite rooms. The area under the cottage has a table and chairs to sit and eat. It was great listening to the waves and eating fresh seafood. And then we get to the outside shower!!!! It will make you want to never take a shower inside again. I know this is a lot of reading but it is truly hard to explain how much we enjoyed ourselves. We have stayed at quite a bit of rentals and this one by far is the best. I have to say it again. Thanks for offering this cottage as a rental and thank you Betsy for everything. We will definitely be back again. 3 weeks every year.

Cozy cottage in fantastic location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage has the best location we could imagine, very quiet street, close to the beach, and only a few miles from great restaurants and shops. The beach was very clean, some days it felt like our own private beach because there were so few people on it. The cottage had everything we needed for a week long stay, we liked being able to see and hear the ocean from the deck. Check-in was seamless, Betsy did a great job communicating with us. It was the most chill, relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time. We hope to come back!

Last minute vacay

The property manager Betsy was so kind and willing to work with us on a late check in. The neighborhood was amazing with great neighbors. The house was the exact amount of room needed for a quick getaway for myself, husband and our 2 boys. The stroll to the beach access is quick and painless. We would love to stay here again anytime! My husband even left his car keys and Betsy was fast to let us know and shipped them overnight to us, so understanding and considerate!

Cute Beach Cottage!

We stayed at Arthur's property this past week (8/6-8/11). The home was spotless upon arrival. Pre-arrival directions and communications with property manager, Betsy, were timely and perfectly detailed. The space was just right for my small family, with comfy beds, ease of access to house wifi, smart TV, and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, etc that you will need (although we didn't do much cooking, it is vacation, after all!). The public beach access was a short walk away. The deck and sunroom provided beautiful and peaceful ocean views. We would definitely love to stay here again next year. A lovely vacation and rental experience all around!

Amazing location

Wonderful home that is very convenient to the beach, the access is just a few houses down. Location is close to lots of restaurants and shops but the street itself is nice and quiet. The beach was wonderful - late July trip for us and it was not overcrowded at all. Plenty of space which was just what we were looking for! Home is well stocked and Betsy was very available for anything we needed - even sent tips on some sea turtle happenings and reminders on garbage night. We walked on the beach in the moonlight and saw lots of crabs, enjoyed days splashing in the waves and just had an amazing, relaxing trip! Would stay here again if we were headed back to North Topsail. Note: if you have mobility concerns there are stairs up to the house and for the bridge over the dunes to get to the beach. You definitely need to be comfortable with stairs in the heat for this trip!

Best vacay getaway !!

Love this wonderful spot on North Topsail. Quiet area away from the tourist trap but only a short drive into the city. This is our second stay here and it was even better than the first. Love all the little updates and added touches. Can’t think of anything that was lacking. It truly is a home away from home!!

Best Experience Ever!

Our family had the most amazing experience at the cottage. Because it was conveniently located near the access to the private beach for residents, we spent hours and hours lounging in the sand and enjoying the sun and waves literally a two minute walk from the stairs of the cottage. My mom, who is handicapped and has some difficulty with ambulation, especially enjoyed sitting on the porch with lovely views of the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and residents pleasant. Beautifully appointed, the cottage had everything we needed to keep a family, including a 7 and 14-year old and a dog -- happy and entertained for the week. Access to laundry and beach supplies like boogie boards were an extra treat; however, by far, the favorite amenity of every family member was the outdoor shower -- which had hot and cold water. Everyone preferred showering outside, even though the indoor bathroom was perfectly fine. Betsy, the property manager was a delight -- sending helpful reminders about trash and recycling as well as responding promptly to any needs we had. We will definitely book and stay here again in the future.

This cottage is everything listed and then some! As a second row residence, the ocean views are still fantastic. Arthur is very attentive and communication was always a breeze. Stop wasting your time looking at other listings. Book now!

Clean, comfortable home very close to the beach. Lots of space to stretch out between the living room, dining room, and sitting area. Quiet street and easy access to restaurants, etc. Great spot!

Charming property, nicely decorated. Good location, close to beautiful beach. Kitchen lacks dishwasher, exhaust hood for stovetop :( but otherwise fairly well equipped. We would like to return.

Enjoyed our Stay

The house was just as descried and the location is great, just a 3-house walk to the beach access, and water views from the upper deck. House is very comfy and outdoor shower is amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the house manager who offered to do anything to make our stay more comfortable- thank you for all you did! My only recommendation are a few basic items to add to the kitchen, to make cooking and enjoying food a bit easier. Please add a second larger cutting board, casserole dish and a few pieces of Tupperware.

Charming Home Just Steps from the Beach!

Such a charming house in the historic Ocean City beach community. I was just steps away from the beach as well as the community's annual Jazz Festival. The property manager was there in a jiffy to answer any questions. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this beach house for smaller groups of family or friends.
