Communication was great with the host. Check- in was seamless. The house was in a great location. The house had multiple level of stairs with shaggy carpet that are not shown in the pictures. The house needs a lot of work. As far as newly renovated, the master bathroom is very nice. Access to the beach is perfect.

Had a great time. We were 20 of us on a family trip. The hosts Richard & Jenifer were prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The Air conditioner on the top floor broke down one evening but was fixed the next morning. Overall a good trip.

Amazing Family vacation spot!

Overall, this home was just what our family needed for our first extended family vacation since 2020. The location was perfect! We walked out the back door to the ocean every day. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. We did have a few things break down while we were there. The owners were very quick to respond and had them fixed within 24 hours. I recommend that renters bring an extra bath towel per person and dish towels. Also bring beach towels. The house provides one bath and hand towel, as well as a washcloth for each person. It also has many beach chairs, which were very helpful.Lastly, if you are traveling with an elderly person, it is important to know that there are no bedrooms on the main floor, therefore they would need to walk up and down stairs to get to a bedroom (all are on the bottom or the top floor). An elevator would be a nice addition to the house. Thank you again for helping us make some very special memories. We hope to stay again someday.

Great for Special Occasions!

We had a baby shower for our daughter and son-in-law and the main floor was great for the occasion. The kitchen, dining area, living area, bar and half bathroom allowed us to move about easily without guests needing to leave the main floor for anything. There were two sitting areas and plenty of dining spots available so that everyone had somewhere to socialize. The outdoor deck was off of the main floor and was beach accessible as well, which gave us extra space and a chance to get some fresh air. The views of the beach were wonderful from the main living area and master bedroom. The hot tub was a nice addition, since it was too cold to enjoy the beach.Property owner Jennifer was easily available when we needed assistance.

Stormy stay

Our extended family of ten truly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic location on the beach. We could sit on the deck and watch the young ones play in the sand and waves. And the waves were huge because of Hurricane Debby. The owner was very responsive to every text I sent, and is cooperating with me as I try to get a refund from Chase cc for one lost day due to the storm. I would go back.

North Topsail Family Vacation

My family had a great time at this wonderful home. It was perfect for our multi-generation vacation. There was plenty of space to hang-out, to be together or separate if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with various dishes. There is a safety gate on the main floor to help corral little ones as well as a gate on the deck. Having immediate beach access was a plus. We could set up for the day right in front of the deck. The beach is very clean and not crowded. We enjoyed playing in the ocean, long walks on the beach, and collecting seashells as well as using the community pool which was a bit of a walk down the beach. We were in easy driving distance to do the touristy stuff. We did have some “hiccups”: the hot tub was out of service due to a leak and was not able to be fixed during our visit. This was a disappointment since this was something that attracted us to choose this house. The previous visitors used linens were still in the home and we initially had some confusion about which was ours and which to use. We figured it out. The home was clean though we had dead cockroaches on the lower level. We assume that insects are common in the south and on/near the beach. Even though we weren’t informed an exterminator did come by and sprayed the lower level. No one showed up to take care of the trash as expected. Beach chairs are listed as included. Only one there. Bring your own. We created wonderful memories and we would use this property again.

Wedded bliss

We loved this house . We chose this as our wedding venue so our kids and parents could all be with us as we got married just before sunset in the sand. We enjoyed an evening dinner on the back deck. The entire weekend was fabulous and we could not have had a more perfect home to start our newly merged family in. Plenty of space. Great amenities. And that master bath!!! ❤️

Beautiful location!

My fiancé and I just spent a wonderful weekend with close family and friends who were in town for our wedding. We loved this location and couldn’t have asked for better! Everything was clean, organized and the property was perfect for accommodating the needs of our group. Jennifer was fabulous to communicate with and very responsive. Location of the property was perfect and it was great being right on the beach. While the house is well stocked, it felt like we were missing a couple of important things like a rag or sponge for dishes or cleaning the kitchen. However, it suited our needs and worked out great for three families all with young children.

Booked to host family for retirement oarty / engagement dinner. Both event went off without a hitch, the views in the mornings were stunning, the beach access was on point, and parking was surprisingly ample. Plus the hosts were amazing! Great place!

We loved everything about this house— great location and close to the ocean. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs with the common areas on the main floor. This was perfect for our family— the adults with no kids were upstairs and the adults with kids were downstairs. We only had 9 in our party, but the multiple beds in each bedroom would have accommodated many more. The kitchen is well- stocked and all the windows in the house provided amazing views. Hunting sharks’ teeth on the beach was fun— we found several. Our grandchildren had never done that before. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and we will definitely consider this home in the future.

Made memories!

Staying right on the beach was absolutely beautiful. It was our first Entire Fam Vaca! We made meals and ate together and just hung out. There were things advertised that were not working (outside shower and hose to rinse sand off, closet doors and bathroom light in basement) and areas that neded a good cleaning (especially the basement where my kids and grandkids stayed). We overlooked the neglect and completely enjoyed each others company!
