The condo was excellent for the price. As you can imagine, finding a reasonably priced stay in this area is difficult but this condo did not disappoint. It wasn’t the newest, but it was clean (HUGE for us) and the views from the living room were immaculate. Dishwasher needs updating but other than that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Property was quiet (BIG plus) and on the shuttle route (another POSITIVE). Make sure you can walk up stairs as it is on the third floor, but not a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again when we come back, both for the convenience and for the price.

Great Stay

This apartment was great for our ski trip! I went with my husband and 3 kids for spring break. It was clean, close to the mountain, and easy to navigate. The staff was very responsive to the few texts that I sent. The pool/hot tub/sauna are amazing! The bus picks up right in front of the apartment building, but you can also take the bridge across to the Assay Hill lift making it somewhat ski in/out. (You have to walk across the bridge if there isn't enough snow.) I will say it is not a luxury apartment, but it is very clean and well maintained. The ceiling is very low in the loft area, but that is to be expected. And note that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I enjoyed the workout, but it could be a problem for some.

We had a great time staying here. It’s very close to a short lift that gets you onto the gondola. Everything was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to two bus lines including a quick walk to/from the grocery. The staff were very responsive to our requests for more wood, etc. Be ready to go up and down 3 flights of stairs though!

Great stay, exactly as advertised!

They place was awesome, exactly as advertised! It was clean, comfortable, and had great views of snowmass. We were especially pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking gear; usually you only have just the minimum items in a rental. The only hickup were the two closest outdoor trashbins were nailed shut, but we figured it out and the host answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Cool vibe, location couldn’t have been better. Ski in and out, walk to grocery or Snowmass mall.

We where here for a wedding. The condo is warm and cozy with an amazing view of Snowman mountain, which you can ski in and out of from condo. This condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The shuttle to Snowmass village is right outside the door and the bus into Aspen is across the street. (Both Free) I will definitely stay here again for years to come.

Excellent location; beautiful views

Stayed here for the JAS fest over Labor Day with our best friends. The location was so convenient to get to the market, the bus lines and even the Base Village. It was a well stocked kitchen and the amenities they left made both shopping and packing much more convenient. This is a wonderful condo for a family or couples. Needs a little updating, but overall it was wonderful for us.

Great Location

I stayed here with a group of friends on our annual ski trip and we loved it. It was a super convenient (a few hundred feet) walk to the lifts every morning -- could even stop back for lunch and avoid the crazy resort food prices. Everything in the condo was well kept. Most of the rentals we've had over the years have had some somewhat expected signs of wear on everything from different people coming through but not so much here.

Great location for a ski holiday - no car required

This property had everything we (two couples) needed to enjoy a great ski week in the Aspen area. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of Snowmass mountain from the kitchen, dining and living room area. Great location. During our stay, there was enough snow we could basically ski in/out to Snowmass (just be aware there are stairs involved to get down from the condo and then up to the ski path). We could walk to Snowmass Centre in 5 minute for any groceries, beer/wine/liquor, pharmacy, and a pizza/pasta restaurant which was great for a casual dinner or take out. Some nights we walked over the bridge to the Viceroy and/or Limelight for dinner. The free Snowmass shuttle stops right in front of the condo and goes anywhere you need to be in Snowmass in less than 5 minutes. Also on the days we wanted to ski Highlands or Ajax, it was less than 5 minutes walk to the RFTA stop to catch those buses (also free).
