They never answered the door. There was a dog barking at the glass door to the office. There was a sign that said ring the bell, but no-one came for 30min, so I gave up and left. I have a video where I called the phone sitting on the desk and no one answered… While the dog probably woke up the rest of the guest. Unless someone had a heart attack behind the desk, there is no excuse for the lack of service
