This modern flat at 1036 m above sea level offers a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain world. Enjoy Tyrolean hospitality and cosiness in a holiday home with four properties, managed by the same family for many generations. The estate is an organic farm with several animals, including a beloved house pony. Children can even help in the stable

For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely accommodation. In just a 10-minute walk you can reach the ski lift that takes you to one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from hut to hut, toboggan, cross-country ski or as a snowboarder practice various disciplines in the fun parks. The slopes can be reached in 4 minutes by car and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow.

In summer you will find peace and quiet in the midst of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the beauty of nature around you
