This hotel is simply perfect. I don't understand why it's said to be three stars. İt is five stars. The room is very big, the bathroom is very big. Most importantly everything is very clean and the layout is great. The restaurant is amazing, spacious and relaxing. The choice of the breakfast is great. İmportantly for us we needed a safe parking space. The hotel has an underground, secure car park with a lift giving access to the hotel floors. We only stayed one night as a stop over, not to do touristy things. So I can't comment on location etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room had windows cor fresh air plus air-conditioning and heater. Hotel was very modern.

Lacking Basic Comforts

The hotel is convenient for the airport, the rooms are spacious, however, it lacks some basic necessities, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and the property does not offer room service of any kind, despite there being a restaurant on site.

B1 Hotel was very good. The room was clean, quiet, well furnished, modern looking with good quality materials, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and conveniently located. Liked high ceilings. The property itself had an updated modern, simple feel. The staff was responsive and welcoming. Good location, close to the The Mall. Overally very good, but not very memorable.

Clean and modern

Hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are very spacious and modern. The only problem was that the AC was not working during our stay and we prefer a cooler room. Also the pillows need to be more solid.

My stay at B1 Hotel in Sofia was disappointing. The room was unbearably warm, and the air conditioning didn’t work—reception simply told me to open a window, but the hotel is in a noisy area, making sleep impossible. Thin walls and an adjoining room door meant I could hear every conversation next door. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower constantly dripped, and there was no lock on the door. While the decor was nice, the location was convenient, and the shower had good pressure, the lack of comfort and amenities made for a frustrating stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.
