The room was decent however when my friend partner and I tried to go to the pool it was over crowded and the pool was cloudy. Guest over stayed their time in the hot tub.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant, quiet area with plenty of parking available. However, the property felt rundown, and the cleanliness left room for improvement.

Needs a lot of Upgrades

I have stayed at this hotel frequently. The TVs are horrible—there is no info data on channels, and the TV kept freezing and glitching. As I stated in my previous stays here, there needs to be a lot of upgrading with this, and as far as being named the Homewood Suites of the Hilton, it doesn't really stand up to Hilton standards. Also, the cleaning workers have no etiquette whatsoever, standing in front of guests' rooms, invading privacy when it wasn't even checkout time!

Very personable check in person, though she was away from the desk when I walked in dealing with allergies. Quiet, clean property. Front desk button on phone didn’t work. Tv remote worked terribly. I called to report it, but then all of a sudden it kind of worked, so I said never mind. But then it barely worked after I hung up! Glassware in cupboard had water spots. Not a terrible place, but it should have been better for the money I spent.
