Overall great stay, needs slight change to CS.

I actually enjoyed my stay because the location was everything! I enjoyed so much, that I booked it for 2 more nights I was so impressed. But when I booked AGAIN, through hotels.com they couldn’t find my reservation and it took a little time but they corrected it. Also, they didn’t give me my free $12/food credit on my second reservation as well and when I asked about it, they said they don’t see it in the computer. That’s interesting because both rooms I booked came with it so I was a little bummed by that. Overall great stay and looking to stay again this coming month!

Great hotel and spa

A wonderful and beautiful hotel in the heart of the action. From the lobby to the rooms the property is well maintained. Customer service was excellent and we were greeted with friendly smiles by the staff. Easily walk to entertainment and food nearby or take advantage of the spa and restaurant on site.
