Location Is Great, The Hotel Is OK

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The restaurant food was adequate. The business center was OK but needed cleaning. PARKING FOR THE HOTEL IS VERY INCONVENIENT.

Great location for dining and visiting family. Hotel is clean and comfortable but is in need of updating. Cleaning staff is courteous and does a great job. Dim lighting in hallways. Worn carpeting, worn baseboards and frame on bathroom mirror, mismatched painting touchups.

The bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower with a chair in there. One bed was broken and made noise every time I moved. The front desk staff were not friendly and were rude to my husband. I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it.

The TV was not working. I discovered the hdmi cable from the box to the TV was not connected to the tv. So there was no input. Also there t sounded like a woodpecker was in the heating vent every time the room next door seemed to turn on the water.
