Our room was beautiful. The B&B was in the heart of Sorrento and convenient to shopping, dining, excursions and transportation.

The location was excellent and the rooms were clean and maintained daily. Alessia from the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond answering questions and making our stay comfortable. I would recommend this property.

The rooms were awesome, slept great,even though you are on the main square, couldn't hear any traffic inside. The balcony was great for people watching and the drinks in room fridge was a nice touch. Great breakfast and easy excess to train. Would definitely come back and highly recommend Elys. .

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stylish, Central, and So Welcoming – We absolutely loved our stay at Eys Suites in Sorrento! This guesthouse is a total gem—modern, beautifully kept, and perfectly located. Just a short stroll from the piazza, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything else you could want while exploring this charming town. One of our favorite little perks? The 24-hour coffee bar! Whether we were heading out early for a day trip or coming back from dinner, it was such a treat to grab a cappuccino or espresso whenever we felt like it—no lines, no fuss, just great coffee on demand. The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. It had that crisp, clean feeling you hope for in a boutique stay, with thoughtful touches throughout. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—happy to offer recommendations and always quick with a smile. I have traveled the world. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Conveniently located in the main square of Sorrento. Clean. Modern. Safe. Close to shopping, dining and activities. Coffee all day. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. The best part? Our host Alessia at reception. So lovely and pleasant. She kept us informed. Made excellent suggestions on dining, shopping and activities. She helped us book a wonderful tour to Capri and got us an excellent driver for our trip back. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. You won’t be disappointed.

This property was great, the staff is very nice and open to help whenever needed. We had a room balcony which had direct view to the market. Very close to do shopping, walkable to great dining options and close to taxi stops. I really recommend this property. It could get a bit noisy at night , but it did not bother me at all. Really recommend for great location and nice breakfast

The property itself is very nice, new and modern, however, the entrance to the building is not like a hotel with lobby, which might seem unexpected at first sight.. The location is amazing and although it’s in the busy area of the city, you won’t notice any outside noise or disturbances.

I was very happy with this find. I loved the location. I loved the suite. I loved the staff. Alessia was eager to arrange activities, secure guides, and make restaurant reservations in ways that transformed our visit to Sorrento. Elys serves a nice breakfast buffet (there is no dining room, so we ate in our room). And I should note that the hotel is at the edge of a pedestrian-only zone , so you cannot drive up to the building. But a taxi will drop you close or if you are driving, a parking garage (which you can arrange through Elys) is a slightly longer walk. In the heart of Sorrento's Piazza Tasso, Elys offers a central location, a comfortable stay, and an attractive value.
