The room was nice, clean. The outdoor noise wasn’t bad. But you could hear everything in your neighbors room. Bathroom, conversation. And upon our arrival after a long day, we were getting settled and ready to shower and a staff member knocked. Before we could answer the door (about 3 seconds), they walked in. I had to run to the bathroom spilling my coffee everywhere as I was preparing to shower. It was locked but not “double locked”, which we were not instructed on. We thought being in our locked room was sufficient. Otherwise, our room was clean. I wish they had a coffee maker-they had a kettle with instant coffee packets. And you’ll need to request an iron and board, they are not in the rooms. It steps out into the heart of everything which was nice.

It was safe, clean, comfortable for my family and me. You’ll be right in the center of mostly everything. Only thing that might bother some people is that you may hear people outside in your room if you're an early sleeper, but it wasn't an issue for us.

This hotel is such a charming hotel that is right in the center of everything . Perfect for my daughter and I to walk to everything from the port , to restaurants and shops. We stayed 6 nights for my daughter’s graduation trip and would 100% stay again. It is the perfect location to be used as a base for day trips to Amalfi coast, capri, and Ischia. The staff was simply phenomenal from the front desk staff to the breakfast crew. Raffaele and Alessandro made our mornings , both so nice and extremely helpful. We can’t thank them enough. The breakfast choices were plentiful but had a lot of pastries which that is not exactly what we were used to . There was fruit and some bacon and eggs and other items we did enjoy but my favorite was a cappuccino machine . I was able to get my coffee fix .
