This is a great property, has an adult only section, service is great , food was always good. It also is right in the town of Sosua so take advantage and see the town

My room have no place to put my luggage, phone doesn’t work bathroom in bad condition, small fridge off. I complain and nobody shows to fix and when they come didn’t fix. Finally the change of room because no a/c

Our shower backed up onto the bathroom floor all the way to the bathroom door. We let them know around 5:45 and around 10:15 I had to go up to the front desk and let them know that we couldn't use the bathroom because the smell was atrocious. When they came to fix it there was human waste and toilet paper all over the shower floor. They had to move us to another room that took 4 hours to cool down.

Stay as a last resort

We stayed here for 3 nights because it was one of the highest rated resorts in the puerto plata area. The grounds are nice but that was the only good thing to say. We aren’t very picky but this resort is was in terrible condition. The first room was dirty, old and had a terrible smell. The tv was super old and tiny and didn’t work. The slider door was broken and toilet didn’t flush. They did agree to change our room and that one was only slightly better. Customer service was not good. Food in the restaurants and buffet was horrible. Felt somewhat safe with all the security had some nice views
