room was ok, staff was nice. we were put in a room that wasnât what we had paid for because the hotel had no idea that we had booked a room with them. it took 4 days to get into another room, still not what we booked, but better. it will be a cold day when we book another room with expedia. we deserve at least a bit of a refund but wonât bother.
Reception was unaware I prepaid with Expedia. This can be very unsettling when travel in a foreign country, especially when you donât speak the language.
