Très bon accueil, Sandrine est très sympathique et toujours disponible. Seul bémol pour un 100%, il manque une petite terrasse donnant sur l'extérieur. J'aime l'idée de boire un café au soleil en vacances, sans aller au bistrot...

La Villa Marie-Jeanne !!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable grand week-end à la villa Marie-Jeanne mon conjoint, mon fils et moi moi-même. La localisation est parfaite, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Merci à Sandrine pour son excellent accueil et sa gentillesse et pour sa grande flexibilité dans les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le petit plus très apprécié de mon fils de 3 ans : "une malle à livres" sous la galerie! Merci encore ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Simple efficace et propre

Petite appartement très bien situé. Propre et calme l'environnement est agréable. Petit bémol sur la qualité des matelas et couverture. Cela été confirmé au rapport qualité prix. Le personnel était souriant et disponible.

Calme, agréable, idéalement situé

Une semaine des plus agréables à Soulac-sur-mer dans l'appartement n°9 de la Villa Marie Jeanne. Location conforme aux photographies et indications du site. Propriétaire disponible avant le séjour (par e-mail) et réactive pendant les vacances pour répondre à nos questions et besoins. A notre arrivée, tout est propre et fonctionnel. La petite cour intérieure de la villa est très jolie avec les nombreuses fleurs et ...les arbres ! A quelques pas de la rue piétonne, des restaurants et magasins. Très proche de la plage et du marché ainsi que d'un petit Casino (bien pratique!). Seul petit bémol : il est difficile de trouver une place de parking tant le coin est prisé. (Mais problème résolu en faisant nos activités à pieds !!!) Les enfants (6 et 3ans) ont également apprécié! Nous conseillons donc cette location. P, M, Arthur et Roxane.
