Sheets were clean but with residual “stains”. Front desk did not answer phone. Curtains are designed not to close so besides privacy, exterior flood lights prevent darkened room. Carpet is tacky and room has a smell. That may be why AC set to 66. OTH, staff is nice. If this is “Plus”, not sure what base accommodations are.

Really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, staff friendly, my dog felt right at home, and most of all I felt safe during a very unsafe time. Thank you to the staff.

A bad check in.

When checking in there was a dispute going on. They gave me a room that was not clean or made up. The kids in the hall said that was their Dad's room and apparently he was kicked out. I felt unsafe so I asked for my money back and he did refund. Please make sure I was refunded.

The TV instructions were hard to follow. Took a long time to find programming we wanted. Our room was next to the pool. Little kids were left unattended in the pool abd were screaming and yelling until after 10 or 11 pm. Staff was very helpful when our room keys didn't work ghe 2nd day we were there.
