The shower had horrendous mildew - it was really disgusting. Someone should be fired for allowing the bathroom to be in the state it was in. The staff in the morning during checkout was more interested in her phone conversation (with her earbuds on) than customer service. Would not recommend!

This was an affordable stay for a night in South Bend. The staff up front were very friendly and offered us water when we got in after being on the road. The room was fine, not super impressed with the cleanliness of the linens. A few stains on the comforter. I could have informed the front desk and asked for a different room, but with us being so tired it didn’t really matter. Comfortable room. Overall a good, quick stay.

First and foremost, you get what you paid for. The sheets were stained.I'm not sure if they were washed or just not washed properly. The stuff was a bit creepy.

Great hotel

I’ve been here about 3 times in the last 3 months. I always keep coming back to this place because the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and they have great rates! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not luxury but it is clean and the beds are comfy and it is usually quiet at night time. They even give you a complimentary bottle of water for you and your guest at check in.

good with a little room for improvement

I arrived late, it was no surprise that the front desk was unattended. I wrang the bell a couple of times for service then went back out to my car to grab my phone to call the hotel. I was looking for the number when the attendant walked through the door. He was polite and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast, while the choices were reasonable, items really needed to be restocked as nearly everything was ready to run out.
