The Breakers Palm Beach offers 534 accommodations with minibars and a safe. Beds feature down duvets. A pillow menu is available. 55-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include bathrobes, slippers, designer toiletries and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include complimentary newspapers and telephones; free local calls are provided (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and a hairdryer. Hypo-allergenic bedding, change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. Great property. The on site restaurants were a bit pricey, but the food was uniformly very good. The beach was not too inviting but the pool areas were very nice. Had trouble getting wi fi and Netflix. The Stores were mostly apparal oriented. Not very interesting. The buffet breakfast was excellent The architecture of the buildings is beautiful. Worth a visit. Much better than any chain hotel.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, drawn by the hotel’s beautiful architecture and its rich historical and cultural value. The property truly has aesthetic charm and potential—but unfortunately, our experience did not match the price tag. Despite being told we received an “upgrade,” our room was located next to the elevator, with constant noise day and night. Even worse, it had an adjoining door to the next room, through which we could hear everything. Privacy was practically nonexistent. I had paid extra for a room with a “resort view,” but our only view was of unattractive rooftops and noisy A/C units on the first floor. No balcony. Just an ugly scene. I requested to leave early and was initially told I’d be charged a $100 penalty. Only after insisting did they offer to waive it and move us to another room—but it was going to be smaller. After paying $690 per night (plus taxes and fees), that felt unacceptable. We only stayed one night and are still waiting for a refund for the unused nights. While the hotel appears luxurious, many carpets were old and dirty. And the “beach” access is misleading—dirty, rough, and impossible to enjoy. It’s essentially unusable. To be fair, the pools were lovely… but we’re not pool people. In short: beautiful building, poor value, and disappointing service. Not the anniversary experience we were hoping for.

The girl at the front desk when I checked in was super rude I wanted to upgrade my room and she said there was no need . Her attitude was not welcoming at all, cleaning lady’s super helpful and always with a smile

The property is beautiful and there are many things they do well. However, our check in was terrible. We arrived around 9:30pm. The valley and luggage people were good and on point. Receptionist was very arrogant. When we asked where to go for food at that hour she said that we should consider changing for the long bar. That seafood bar was an option. We asked till what time they serve food. She said 10:45pm. We said we read that it was till 10pm - is she sure. She said she is sure about 10:45. So we checked into room and slowly moved to seafood bar. Guess what they stopped serving food as 10. And lobby bar did not let us in as after 10pm you have to be over 21 and my daughter is 17. So we ended up with room service. Breakfast is great, pool is ok. Sea area need more attention - there is corrosion problem, yet no exactly addressed - not pretty. Steak house- very nice.
