The staff was friendly and was able to accommodate an early check-in for us when we arrived an hour before check-in time, while giving us a top floor unit like we asked for. The views of the lake were phenomenal. There were plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops at 15 mins walk or less, and there was ample amount of parking in the complex.

Clean rooms, friendly & professional staff, nice views & walkable distance to a number of things. My only real complaints are that the Wi-Fi was constantly degrading & resetting (may matter if you're trying to work) and the road noise (although that's to be expected on almost any hotel that lines lake Tahoe boulevard).
