did not stay at this property. Management said a pipe broke and switched us to another property. that property had check in as 4 - 10 PM, but the office closed at 5 PM. We arrived at 530. late checkin box was empty. Property owner finally texted back to swim without mandatory arm bands and get parking certificate the next morning when the office opened. they provided a wifi password, but one TV had a Roku and owner claimed they didn't know anything about a Roku. We used our personal hotspot and Roku account to get that TV working. When we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. When we checked in the next morning, the office was wonderful. they arranged to have maintenance come get the water working and try to set up the TV although they said that was the responsibility of the owner. Turns out there was a flipped breaker on the hot water. it continued to flip about 15 minutes after resetting, but we were able to shower between having to reset the breaker. Maintenance got the wifi to work, although they noted it was not reliable in the complex. we had to use our personal Roku account and reset to factory settings before we checked out. Our original reservation had a king, queen and hide a bed; what we got was 2 fulls and 2 rock hard futons. My grandson kept getting ant bites; we finally figured out they were from a nest in one of the beds. Other than these issues, the property was great.
