This condo is very old and has built-up dirt everywhere and it has not been maintained over time. In addition to the holes in the walls and dirty floors, there are numerous code violations in the unit, such as a ceiling fan that is wired to an outlet. The dishwasher is broken. The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal or a drain basket to keep waste from doing down the drain; hence the drain is slow. The headboards for the beds have long bolts sticking out of them that are not attached to the beds, so you can scratch or puncture your leg. The metal railings on the condominium stairs are broken off also, so if you need to hold on to them to make the stair climb, they might not hold you. But the worst is that this is advertised and priced as a "beachfront" property with a balcony overlooking the gulf, but the balcony is falling off the building, so it is not useable. We took pictures of all four joints that are broken and pulling away from the building.
