A little dated but perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just before the in season. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Unit 104. Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. The grounds were very well kept and even on the first floor we could see a small view of the ocean. Condo was equiped with starter supplies. Beds had new beachy comforters. A/c works well and good water pressure. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough and condo could definitely use some updating. We had a great long weekend though!

Well this place needs a total gut job. The carpet needs replaced. Doors need repaired . The kitchen light is about to fall from the ceiling, sliding doors are broke. All appliances are rusted up . The microwave is rusted inside and we were afraid to use it. The counter tops are falling apart and are held together with scotch tape. The room smelled of something rotten and my wife found it in the dishwasher. We do have to say the staff was very nice and lobby was kept nice and clean . We will never stay there again and we would not recommend it.
