The pool was clean probably the only upside about it. Notice a lot of tiny roaches around the kitchen area the bed kind of sinked in the middle the remotes didn’t work for the TV. I had asked for someone to come check it out from the office and they never came.

Nice condominium community. Pools well kept, no hot tub here. Many workers always doing up keep. Our particular room was well kept, however needed some minor cosmetic maintenance. I believe the tile shower has been leaking through missing grout areas, causing a mildew smell near the adjacent bedroom wall. Woke up stuffed up every morning. Cleared up with fresh air. Overall a good stay in SPI for the price.

It is a community whose outside areas are beautifully kept, the gardens and pool are well kept at all times. The staff is very courteous. The assigned condo had a glitch in the AC unit. It was set to activate on a certain temperature and it made a sound like if someone was banging on a door. This was like every 15 - 20 minutes!!! I could not sleep due to the sounds of the AC.

Enjoyed everything about it. Great location and the #157 had everything we needed. AC worked great and it was very clean. If I had to say anything negative it would be that it could use ceiling fans to circulate the air and the bed was a bit too firm for me but both are just a matter of preference. I would definitely stay there again. Great place.

The Tiki is a lovely property! We were there for my son's wedding. When I booked, I was looking for a first floor unit, which I got; however, we were a long way from where they were staying. That made it a little difficult, but we still had a wonderful time!

Wife’s birthday weekend

The booking and check in process was easy. I liked that there was no physical key to pick up the door lock is by code. The swimming pool(s) were very nice and clean. I didn’t agree with one of the pool rules about music noise ( I have to have my music listening). The room was clean the appliances were all operable. I would stay again.
