I booked an adapted cabin because of my mobility problems, I was disappointed to discover all your adapted rooms are the furthest away from the lift. Oh and please put a sign on the door leading to the toilets in the bar area.

Unfortunately the o'clock check in was 3pm there was not any staff to operate the bar so unable to get coffee or a drink ...reception staff to busy with computers and billing ...key card kept not working ...car park full so no where to park , just overall poor. Needs up grade

Great hotel for business stays

Each time I stay the staff are very pleasant, the rooms are always clean, in good order and comfortable. The only point to note is that you now need to pay for parking !
