The furniture in the room was worn and chipped. I was unable to use the shower over the bath because the bath was too high and there are no hand rails to hold onto when climbing in/out, with tiled walls all round the bath which were slippery with no grip. Breakfast was average. Hot foods such as bacon and egg were piled up on a dish and left to go cold. Nobody around to replenish them with fresh hot food. At £12 I didn't bother. There were menus in rooms indicating you could get meals in the evening but the restaurant was only open for breakfast due to no chef in evenings. So false advertising.

I like that it was near the shopping mall. Breakfast was descent. The beds were uncomfortable, the tub/ shower was so high it was almost dangerous. They didn’t have our room available at 6pm? Way too expensive for what we got.

Comfortable hotel next to cruise terminals.

Comfortable location next to the Horizon and City piers. Small rooms but adequate for 2 people. Take a old city tour to get a flavor of the town.

Reception okay, parking cost £12 for 24 hours but really close by parking is around a fiver for 24 hours, room was ok but the bathroom was dated, rusty old shower and fabric curtain, toilet seat was off colour and the toilet air vent didnt work either, tv dated too around 20 inch, we paid £70 i definitely wouldn't pay anynore. this wasn't the budget ibis either so not sure what condition that's in.

Very convenient for an overnite stay before cruising out of Southhampton. Staff very efficient and friendly, close to train station and hotel has onsite bar. Restaurant was closed but sister hotel closeby had nice restaurant. Breakfast was very good! Would highly recommenend!!

I paid double the price of their 'budget' hotel believing I would get a superior quality of room and service but this wasn't the case. The room was small as were the twin beds (much smaller than a travelodge) and I paid a premium for harbour view but could only just see cruise ships in the distance. The literature stated 24/7 finger food available and as a type 1 diabetic in the midst of a hypo, went to the bar to purchase this at 12 midnight but was told "we dont provide food at this tine of night" The literature stated free wifi but was told I had to pay until i showed the clerk my itinerary stating free wifi and he reluctantly asked me for my phone and logged me on. My fellow guest could not access it however. I paid £160 for 1 night and feel totally ripped off.
