Room felt cold, no fridge, tv guide would not open up. Restaurant had full menu online which we had picked from and looked forward to since booking however when we sat down we were presented with a new menu with limited options. Food came out within 5mins of ordering and chips were barely cooked, they did re-do some new ones which were cooked longer but experience was already ruined. As dinner was so quick we decided to go to the bar for a drink yet had no Jameson or Jack Daniels or sailer jerries so had to order something else yet all were on menu. We were then later offered those drinks after we saw staff re-stock them on the shelf. I think was after my wife complained to reception. There was no apologies and offer to find some when presented with the problem. Really expecting more for a birthday trip away especially without the kids and was really let down. Breakfast in the morning was not much better, sausage beans egg and a “potato slice” for a fried breakfast is an abysmal option for what they state as outstanding breakfast online.
