The hotel has a location meant for exploring on foot, which we loved! Pubs and restaurants on Oxford Street were a five minute walk, and the West Quay area about a ten minute walk. The onsite restaurant is lovely, and features live music on Fridays!

Rooms were spacious and clean! Comfortable beds with pillow options and a decent size refrigerator! Hotel staff were phenomenal! Nicola, Teresa and Zach made the stay and the bar drinks even more enjoyable. Cute area, lots of walkability. Would recommend this hotel 100%!!

Nice place to stay...

.... like a lot of others we were there to join a cruise. The staff were friendly and we greatly enjoyed the breakfast. The view across to the park is nice and this morning we could even see a large cruise ship in the distance! The room was compact but comfortable and being quite new in good condition. It even had an ironing board. Having milk for tea available is a nice touch. We even scored some extra tea bags... Some things we would have liked include tissues and face washers for wiping noses and faces/makeup! YMMV

The perfect Notting Hill experience just two blocks from shops & dining. Perfect location to visit local historic sites, walkable to cruise terminal and ferry to transport to Isle of Wight. The only negative was the studio room we booked didn’t match the photos; it was smaller than we anticipated. That being said, great shower and restaurant food is terrific.

Unable to take shower in the morning. The handle that controls water temperature fell off in my hand. It was stuck in the position that was set to supply scalding hot water. There was also only hot water available at the sink, no matter what position it was placed in. When I mentioned this to the hotel desk, it was stated that this is a normal occurrence. No other statement or even a simple apology was given. This is our forth time staying at this hotel, and we will not be returning. This is a very expensive hotel in a great location, but is no longer worth the money.

Quick and easy check in. Very friendly staff. Close to our cruise terminal. Had trouble with the dryer, staff was very helpful, immediately started working on the problem. The only problem was having to run the dryer twice to get our clothes dry. Would stay here again.

A good pre-cruise stay

Room was good, breakfast had a great selection including gluten free toast. Only challenges were the shower head which we couldn’t get to stop dripping so we simply closed the bathroom door. Also, there was no convenient place to use the blow dryer near a mirror and desk.
