A very nice 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage with a fenced rear yard, CAC, eat in kitchen, queen size bed in master and full size bed in the second bedroom. You have a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy open living room and a full size futon in the sleeper porch. Open living/ kitchen area, very light and bright.
WIFI, washer / dryer, pet friendly, hot tub and a koi pond you can sit next to and just relax.

Great base for exploring the Hamptons

Joanne was a wonderful host - she stock the refrigerator and pantry for us. The accommodations were perfect. Really enjoyed the hot tub after playing Bethpage Black. Thanks Joanne for opening up your home. Connie and Mark
