Everyone was very friendly- but property understaffed. Room was clean, but the mattress sunk to the middle, so not super comfortable. Not very many amenities- which is understandable for the price. Overall, what you expect for an Inn, but it could be (way) better if the ownership puts just a little bit of effort. Had a good experience, but will try a different place next time.

Really more of a motel not a hotel. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Close to Southampton. They were fully booked on one of the weekend days of our stay so rate that night was high for this type of lodging.

Would not stay here again. Location was very good. However very unappealing exterior. The interior was much better. The main issue was service. Upon check in they didn’t advise about the continental breakfast nor parking pass. When I asked about the parking pass they were hesitant about giving me information. Had I not seen it in Trip Advisor I wouldn’t have known. Then there was no coffee one of the morning so we had to wait/chase someone for 30+ minutes. One of the travelers I was with had coffee pods in the room but no coffee maker. Then they didn’t clean our room nor replace towels. They did send towels when we complained. Our trash can was overflowing. Paying almost 500 a night with taxes??? Service and niceness goes along way

Had the rate of the room been 1/5th of what I paid I would give it a 3 or 4 rating. The room was noisy and paper-thin walls. The bathroom tub was old and stained. They tried to update the bathroom with newer tile floor but that was it. I did not feel comfortable and never received a good night's sleep. Not to mention the evening I checked into my room it was like walking into a walk-in freezer it was so cold (this was August) the A/C was set at 63 degrees. I never warmed up even with the heat on and then trying to take a hot bath where the water only made it to luke warm.
