This is a great location very close to downtown Southern Pines. If you are coming to enjoy the area or coming for a golfers weekend, this is a great place to stay. It is very roomy, well setup for relaxation with plenty of places to sit and enjoy. I can't wait to come back and explore more and play some more of the 20 different golf courses in the area.I would say this is a great place for one large family or two families with separate sleeping quarters for both parents and kids. It will also be a great place for a group of golfers, one or 2 foursomes.

Quick get away

Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new kitchen if you plan to cook. Overall a really nice place in a very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to Pinehurst, Fort Liberty and plenty of other golf courses.

Place was awesome and accommodating. Everything was walking distance and golf courses were close by. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
