You`re looking at a beautifully renovated 4 BR house w/ an optional attached `Great Room` with a HUGE Bar, 2 full sized couches, 2 person lovesac & second kitchen with island.

YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAIN LIVING SPACE OF THE HOUSE. NOT THE GREAT ROOM. THIS IS A DIFFERENT LISTING AND YOU CAN FIND IT IN MY PROFILE. IT`S CALLED #10 AND CAN BE RENTED AS THE ENTIRE HOUSE.

I MAY POP OVER FROM TIME TO TIME TO CHECK IN IF NEEDED.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS.

Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.

If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. Do not let your dog loose at any time. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.

- We may request Proof of Identification from any/all guests in the reservation at any time before or during the check-in process. If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

IF THERE IS ANY SIGN OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: UNDERAGE DRINKING, SMOKING MARIJUANA ANYWHERE ON THIS PROPERTY, LOITERING OUTSIDE PAST QUIET HOUR, OR A PARTY HAPPENING WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE HOST, YOU WILL BE FINED $1,000 NOT LIMITED TO YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

AT NO POINT IN TIME WILL THERE BE ANY EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT OTHER THAN THE AMOUNT SHOWN ON THE BOOKING UNLESS APPROVED BY THE HOST BEFORE YOUR BOOKING.

Unapproved late checkout`s result in a $100/hr fee in 1 hour increments with a maximum of 2 hours. Any later will result in an additional $500 fee. Early check-in/out costs $25/Per hour. No Refunds.


Any smoking/smell of smoke or proof of smoking inside the unit will result in a $350 OZONE CLEANING FEE not limited to your security deposit.

If you forget something and need it to be mailed there is a $40 charge + cost of shipping.

Outside quiet hour is 10pm.

Noise/neighbor complaint warning- Should you somehow get a noise/neighbor complaint... The FIRST noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund, plus the whole security deposit with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed :)

Any cars parked in the grass will be $250 fine per car.

RESERVATION CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. IF ALLOWED, A MINIMUM OF 50% OF ALL DATES THAT ARE ADJUSTED/REMOVED WILL BE WITHHELD BY THE HOST. NO RESERVATION DATE ADJUSTMENTS ALLOWED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF BOOKING

NO FIRES

GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE.

Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.
