Seems a little outdated. Sheets were paper thin and kept lifting from the mattress--should be tossed. Clean. No decaf coffee at breakfast as we can't have caffeine.

The staff was very helpful and did a good job of keeping the building clean. It was just older building overall. Air conditioning struggled to keep up in the entire building. Cheap paper plates made syrup challenging!

The unit #123 was smelly and damp. Carpet felt damp and entire room had an odor. The outside door did not lock at 11 pm and it was on main floor. The breakfast was completely empty of food at. 9 am. The four coffee pots were empty. . Very disappointed!

We chose this hotel because it said adjoining rooms for BOTH of our 2 rooms. What I was told is that I needed to call the hotel to request the rooms adjoined each other but since we checked in at 4pm they had already placed other people in each of the 2 adjoining rooms and could not put us in 2 connected rooms. The receptionist was very polite about it but could not figure out any solution to accomidate 3 women traveling to have the security of rooms together. This hotel was 25minutes from our perferred location but we were ok with this hotel for the primary reason of adjoined rooms.

Horrible.

Where to begin. The room was absolutely gross. They need some sort of update on their carpet! See pics. Also, we showed up for breakfast at about 8 and there was nothing. The hot food was stale and gross(egg biscuit gravy) the waffle maker was not available as it was the day before. There was mold on the fruits in the fruit basket and there were no other options. Oat Meal was picked through, cereal was stale, one yogurt left, 1 milk carton left. It was the worst stay I have had at a hotel in a long time!! And we always stay in budget friendly places.

Okay but not terrible

Stay was overall okay. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful besides for one front desk clerk who could use some extra customer service training in how to speak to adults and children. The breakfast wasn’t terrible and had a good variety. The room was clean but the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the beds were extremely hard. But everything else was in great shape. The pool was great for the kids. The hot tub was down for maintenance for 2 of the 3 nights which was a bummer for the two adults especially since the hot tub and pool were part of why we picked this hotel. Overall the stay wasn’t our worst but wasn’t our best. It definitely could have been worse.

Very pleased with stay

The room was very clean. only thing was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The breakfast was great, very filling. I will definately stay there again.
