Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!

Ana got through to the airport when I couldn’t so I got my lost luggage returned. The lady who cleaned my room told the manager and she found when it would be returned Much easier to enjoy my time when I knew I would have my things before I left on my cruise. It was very conveniently located to fully explore Diocletian’s Palace, a world heritage site. Ana and Toni, the managers, were very helpful with luggage and airport transfers after our stay.

Great property with lots of character. If you want modern, generic hotel chain this is not for you. Lots of stairs and no lift but obviously cant be helped due to the old building. Worth the inconvenience to stay in such beautiful rooms. Really lovely roof terrace which is great at sunset. Located in a beautiful square just off the Riva (promenade), surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

The property was beautiful. The only downside was carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs, but they did explain that because the building is 1/2 owned by the government they were unable to a lift in. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay.

The property was in the top most fooor - 4th floor - with no elevator!! It was so many flight of stairs and a nightmare to go up and down the stairs. There was no mention of no elevator when we booked and the stairs made going to the room too difficult and painful. There was no hot water to take a good shower. The room was too small and we were told that was the only room available for us it was like living in an attic. The walls of the room were super dirty. I’m
