Had to request housekeeping, they didnt show up automatically. When i requested them i had to specify each thing i wanted done. I could have made the bed better than they did as it looked like the sheet and blanket were just pulled upward with pillows laid randomly. They didnt take any of the empty water bottles that were stacking up on the nightstands. Fitness room had no wipes, no towels, looked dirty. Wait staff and front desk were decent, but i think housekeeping was mad that i requested service after my third day there. When i requested more towels they brought one large towel, and nearly a dozen hand towels and laid them all on the bathroom counter. Also came in my room while i was showering to ask what service i needed AFTER they had already come in just 30 minutes earlier on the day i requested service. Stayed here two years ago and it was good, not sure what happened this time.

I liked the ability to attend an event at the Arena that was less than a 10 minute walk. I liked the views and sounds of the river. The bar/restaurant staff were very nice and accomodating. Especially Monday night, 3/31/25, when approximately 40 people unindated the bar tender after an event at the arena, with drink and food orders. He was swamped but worked his butt off to get all the orders in, served and rung up. He did an excellent job!! The room heater/air was challenging to understand. I figured out that the unit under the window is run by the thermostat on the opposite wall. It doesn't seem to turn off manually. The beds were nice, comfortable. The bath sink is kinda odd. A raised basin/drain on the counter limits the area to wash your hands under the faucet and needs to be rinsed often due to the large area of the basin and slow slope... I would stay again!

Love the hotel; If ONLYQ

Great hotel. Only downfall, you have to pay for parking daily ($15 a day) and no continental breakfast offered. As much as you pay for the room and taxes, at least one can give! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, neat and well run hotel. Rooms were exactly as described. The only complaint I have was the bed didn’t seem very comfortable to me. I have a very comfortable bed at home so it’s hard to find one that competes with that. It’s a small complaint, but one worth mentioning.
