The space is pretty small but it works well for two people. The location wasnât the best but it worked out ok. The listing said it slept 4 but after booking was told that the sofa didnât fold out but an air mattress would be provided. There wasnât much room for the air mattress. Had to rearrange furniture etc. Used it one night but it lost a lot of air over night so was very uncomfortable. Make sure to bring your own coffee or go try some of the local shops. We did have a bit of trouble checking in when we got there as it said we were too early but it was pretty late fortunately though the host was quick to respond once we reached out and he fixed the issue. Otherwise the apartment was easy to access etc.
Excellent refurbishment of a historic building. Clean and tastefully done. A/C was cold, the amenities were good, and Jake was great! Very secure and pretty quiet.
We stayed 2 nights here. Itâs a little hard to find the property. We liked the location because it was close to restaurants and the Fox theater. We did not however like all the homeless people all over the streets in front of the building and all around the parking garage. The bed was comfy, the living room however is not. The couch is very uncomfortable and really not a great hanging out area.
We are in love with this apartment! All the necessities you'd need for a weekend getaway to the city! The location was just blocks from our concert venue, walking distance to so many great restaurants, but also such a great landing to cozy up with dinner and a movie looking out the windows :)
Definitely coming backa
While I sent a number of emails about the apartment as soon as arrived, those stopped and Jake and I left each other alone shortly thereafter. No side correspondence to me is an ideal stay.
Nice and simple central location in downtown Spokane. Ironing board and iron were nice for business travel spruce up. Streaming was available to wind down in the evening. Big windows were fun for city views.
