The room was really nice. The shower needed a more thorough cleaning around the edges. The staff were very attentive and nice. Greeted with great smile and provided ways of making your stay relaxing. Overall the hotel is a 4.8. Clean a little better around the edges of the shower and definitely the place to stay in Spokane.

It could’ve been better

The shower was not in great shape. Towels seemed very old and thin. WiFi kept cutting out. There was signs to an ice machine, but never found it.
