The staff was great! Very nice and quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. We reserved 2 rooms and were upgraded to spacious rooms with beautiful views and very comfortable beds. The only downside we found here was there was no shuttle service to the train station. It is less than a mile away but our trains were middle of the night arrivals and departures. Not sure if there is a service to the airport, if so, they really should add a run to the other public transportation location - Amtrak! If they don’t have a shuttle to either, they should add one! Other than that the hotel is in an excellent location! A short walk to the theater, which is why we were in town, and to several restaurants and the downtown area (mall, outdoor ice skating, carousel) We would definitely stay here again!

clean, comfortable, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. I only had one issue, or else it would be 5 stars. Flushing the toilet sounds like a jet taking off. I nearly jumped out of my skin. Not sure if you can do anything about it.
