We were on our way to Iowa to see my dying father and our brand new car broke down in spokane so we had to get a hotel for 2 days. And Amy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Im battling stage 3 breast cancer and ahe waa so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making an awful situation a bit better.

The room was fine. I needed to do laundry but the guest laundry washing machine was not working so I was unable to do that. The internet was very slow. And my bedspread was dirty so I think they should have changed that out and washed it.

Good quality price ratio. Very nice breakfast with hot items. Hot water and coffee 24 hours in lobby. Room was clean and quiet. Mattress was too soft, causing sagging when laying on it. Bathroom is quite tight, and has no hooks to hang clothes. No charging station on desk, desk lamp looks weird, taking much space and is not practical. Fridge was leaking water. Surrounding areas look not quite safe, many homeless ppl around property, especially in the gas station across the street. But feels ok if inside the hotel building.
