I purchased a three night stay for a friend and by the second day he had started noticing all these bites turns out his room was infested with bed bugs he went to management and showed them the bites and photos and they said they would refund my money but I have not seen the refund yet now his car and all his items are infested would not recommend

Although the room had a non-smoking sign in it there was a very strong smell of smoke on all the bedding and furniture, etc. Also, the doors to the outside parking lot were accessible to anyone, not just someone who had a room card to get in with. This created an “unsafe” feeling coming from the back parking lot.

The new management is excellent. Even though it isn't a fancy upscale hotel, it is definitely the best you could really get anywhere on the cheap end of places to stay. Reserving a room and check-in is a breeze. No fuss of having the crdit card matching the ID and deposit and all that. ID and pay and the key is yours. It is quiet, the rooms are nice, no nasty 70's carpet with the 60's floral orange and brown furniture that has 60+ years of stains and bunny eared tv. Modern furniture and flatscreen TV, with several channels including HBO. No fridge or microwave which is very inconvenient, and the shower water cannot maintain a constant temperature. .

Room was clean and staff was nice. The only issue was the people above us. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture from about 2am until we check out the day after. Woke us up quite a few times. Even recorded the noise. Didn’t tell staff due to the last time I had to inform the night front desk about a year before, it never stopped after reporting it several times then the person above me had the nerve to call my room and lie about him being a single dad with 2 kids. Didn’t make much sense considering it went on from 11pm to 4am. Found out the next day it was a couple with 1 kid and the front desk didn’t offer a solution for the next night and we dealt with the exact same thing.

the halls have not been vacuumed in a long time. The ice machine did not work and there was not hot water in the bathroom sink. The guest across the hall had small dogs that barked for hours. the room itself was clean the comforter had holes, but I guess that is what you get for the price I paid.

Outside door broken glass, not a secure building, carpets were covered in gravel Our room had cigarette holes burned into the bed cover, dirty sheets and the mattress had ALOT of blood and urine stains. We requested a room change and the second wasn’t much better. Dirty walls, doors, chipping paint, dirty shower, graffiti on the shower door, hairs on the toilet and in the bed. A/C heat unit was broken. Just disgusting. The gentleman at the check in desk didn’t hesitate to switch rooms for us. He was the only positive about this motel

the place was terrible. everything was broken, if you only need a bed at least you can have one here with cigarette burns on the bedspread. there were people peeing in the parking lot, and dogs barking from the hallway.

The side door of the hotel was shattered. The hotel is run down. A vinyl couch was sitting outside along the wallby that broken door.It didn’t look very good.
