Welcoming and responsive, our needs were met at almost every request and we loved the daily breakfast with both hot and cold options (cook was so friendly!) and property had lots of extra pluses like both a sauna and steam room, area to sit outside and a lovely river walk steps away! We also loved that windows in room could open and appreciated both fridge and microwave but bathroom was tiny and we didn’t like the sink in the main part of bedroom, and wished divider in middle could have extended for more privacy vs sofa bed side. Front desk staff were wonderful & we quickly got our requests filled so thank you!!

The location (right on the Spokane River) has an excellent series of walking paths. The facility is easily accessed, well cared for, and the ambiance is lovely. Limited dining options at the Bistro but the food is good, including the complimentary breakfast. The pool, spa, steam room, and sauna were a plus. Will definitely stay here whenever in Spokane.

It was clean and everyone was friendly. I did not like that the bar was down in the corner away from everything. It was not a comfortable setting. We got there in the evening and want to grab something quick to eat and the hours to the bistro was suppose to be open when we went down to go to the bistro no one was there and it didn't really look invinting.
