The staff was very kind, rooms comfy. restaurant is exceptional (not your typical hotel breakfast, yum!). The room came with a daily drink voucher and I always had fun hanging out at the bar downstairs. the main bartender is a really cool dude!! Best part is the location, you can walk right onto the centennial trail, and explore the park/downtown area. While still being tucked away from the Main Street traffic. 🙌

Let me start by saying the staff who work here generally are all EXCELLENT at their jobs and appear to have maintained a steady job for several years here. The good: * clean rooms and hallways * good enough included breakfast * free adult drinks in the evenings * bathrooms in good working condition * prompt responses to concerns * excellent location close to the Spokane downtown trail into Riverfront Park * usually enough parking Improvements: * Especially WEAK wifi (can hardly get a signal most of the time) * TOO SOFT mattresses (if you like squishy this is for you, if you need a firm bed this is NOT for you)

As always, our room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciate that they don't use smelly cleaning chemicals or room fresheners. The breakfast was great - freshly scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious french toast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here twice now and it has moved to the top of our “favorite local hotels” list! The room was perfect for us! Love paying extra for a view of the river. The location is ideal. Walking path goes right behind and takes you right over to Riverfront Park. My young girls and I felt completely safe at the hotel and walking to/from. We enjoy the breakfast and the pool area! We stayed at the Historic Davenport last year and it was not as enjoyable as the Oxford Suites! We will definitely be back next Christmas break and will hopefully get to stay longer! Thank you!
