Business during March Madness

Overall it was great. Shower head is unique. If you like to adjust it then you won't like it. Restaurant/bar was comfortable and friendly. Wish breakfast could be included. 10 stars to front desk staff who helped me getting important papers painted.

Nice hotel on Centennial Trail.

The location is very nice right on the river and the Centennial trail makes it an easy walk to Riverfront Park and down town. There is plenty of parking and a nice restaurant that is part of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. The rate I paid was very competitive for the quality of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Best hotel for people with kids and dogs. It has a nice playground right outside your door and a mini dog park. The view and walkway right by the river was amazing. This will be our go to hotel every time.

Just ok

It was a quick trip but overall the hotel was ok. Check in was not very professional and when we got to our room it smelled like dirty diaper. The receptionist apologized and said she would put us a few doors down and we were right next door. That room was fine. You can hear the cars on the road at night, there is no blow dryer, no where in the shower to hold your belongings and the “discount” you are supposed to receive at the restaurant if you eat is a $1 off your meal.

Don’t waste your money

First, I paid for a city view, literally stared at the building next door and the parking lot. Parking lot is very unsafe, I took everything out of my car because I feared it would Be broken in. The room smelled like they used cheap perfume to cover so much cigarette smoke, it was absolutely horrible. Front desk lady was rude as could be. The 10/10 “reviews” that have no comments are hotel generated. Clearly.

Great restaurant and place to stay

The hotel is nice, the room was clean, comfortable, the decorations were nice. The restaurant and bar had good food. I like this hotel and will come back. I just wish there were more luggage carts and elevators. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Reasonable and affordable stay!

Clean and comfortable

Very clean room and comfortable bed. What was odd to me was no dresser or drawers to put clothes in. I put together the ironing board in the closet to use it as a shelf for my socks and personal items. My room was right next to the outside door so I heard lots of opening and closing of doors.

This property was amazing for the price. We were flying in very late and they were so accommodating. Easy free parking. The room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The surrounding area and boardwalk along the river was so pretty. Very nice resturant with excellent food right on property.
