Cute name but doesn't live up to it

No elevator in a three-story facility. I was misled by the name and thought it was a hotel but it is right next door to a Super 8 motel, which is its sister facility and apparently offered more services there, including a business center. The room was clean but small. They didn't freshen the room or replenish towels the second day ..I had to ask. And worst if all I paid a very high rate for the room. Hotels.com advertised one price but the second night was over $50 higher and I didn't really realize this until I had paid and couldn't get out of it. Would not stay here again .

Front desk person was very unwelcoming, I tried to be as friendly and kind as I could. Smiling and encouraging little talk. Nope. She was just not having it. The kind of I hate my job energy. That’s fine it was a very late check it. But then takes her sloth time checking us in. Asked us the same question about 3 or 4 times.

Check in was easy, and the complimentary breakfast at Denny's was a added bonus. The bedding was nice, but they could use a new mattress. The parking was very convenient and plentiful. Good selection of TV channels. The fridge was set at 3 when I got there, the next day my drinks were frozen, I turned it down to 1, but that night when I got back, my can of soda exploded, and popped the door open, so I cleaned up the mess. Also my shower should be recaulked, the bottom has gaps, and side wall when pushed slightly, has a half inch gap, which might lead to eventual mold, behind the enclosure.

Room was neat and orderly, bed was fresh.not much for toiletries, shampoo/conditioner and soap. No hair dryer. Plenty of working plugins for my electronics and the WiFi was good. Bed was comfy.

The breakfast is grab and go but they do give you a dennys voucher. No hairdryer in room. Ask and they'll give you one. Good water pressure!

The staff were far from friendly, if you asked for anything it was as if you were bothering them and interrupting their time to scroll on their phone. They said they had a grab and go bag breakfast; they did not, it was oat meal packets. I could hear EVERYTHING IN MY ROOM, didnt get much sleep. The bed was also hard, my room had a terrible wet rag smell, I had to keep the air conditioner on, the extra blanket I got from the desk since I was so cold from keeping the air conditioner on for the smell; was very rough and uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here.
