They need to upgrade the pillows, i seen that the main floor had a better, bigger tv. I felt i didnt matter so they put us in the basement. Breakfast should be longer or start at 8:00 and have different eggs, scrambled, hard boiled. Other than that it was quiet and comfortable.

Arrived very late at night and the staff was great. There were no real parking spots so they allowed me to park in a non-parking area so that I wouldn't have to move my car anywhere and I could just go to bed. It was much appreciated. Everything else was perfect for my stay.

Very great option for a very reasonable price.

Very clean and reasonable room for a reasonable price. Area was good considering where it is located. I am a heavy sleeper so being next to the hospital did not bother me at all. While awake i did hear the helicopter occasionally. Our room was right next to the breakfast area and i was still able to sleep in each morning. Breakfast is decent with several options including eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, and waffles. There were several other options but those are the things we had. Coffee and juice options as well. Staff was very pleasant and made check in a breeze. Wifi worked great. Parking lot is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but some of the things need to be improved…

The stay was good, the parking is tight. Breakfast okay, no mention of allergens in eggs or waffle batter or oatmeal packets had no ingredients on them, no no-dairy milks, never got any sausage was all out, would be nice if, toaster needs to be replaced. I was expecting more from the Ruby group. No recycle in rooms.
