We chose at Upscale Rockwood Boho Townhouse because my daughter had surgery in Spokane and we needed to stay for 2 weeks.
The property was a PERFECT LOCATION for us! It is a 10-minute drive to the hospital and 2 blocks from a grocery store, drugstore, bank, and restaurants. The location also felt safe. I do wish it had more of a backyard, but it is a small sacrifice.
The home has truly CHARMING DECOR and looks recently updated. It was clean and welcoming, although there was an odd odor for the first few days that may have been from the cleaning supplies. The only thing we could find in the house to use for cleaning, other than dish soap, was white vinegar and baking soda. There was not a broom or anywhere to take out bags of trash. The kitchen is well-stocked, mostly. There was only 1 dish towel, 1 wine glass, and the dishware was a set of four. Bath towels were plentiful, however. There was also a GENEROUS supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. That is not something often seen in a VRBO.
My only actual complaint is that there was very little communication from the property manager/owner. We received the check-in information fine but noticed it said that check-out time was 10:00 AM. Since it is an hour earlier than standard, I sent a message asking if we could check out at 11:00 as my daughter had a 9:00 AM post-op appointment at the hospital before we could leave Spokane. I never received a reply.
