Our family absolutely loved this home. We stayed over Christmas with a mix of local family and Minnesota family. So much outdoor hang out space, plenty of kayaks on site that we enjoyed daily! You cannot access the water from the dock but there is a very easy water access on the side of the house. Big, fully stocked kitchen, pantry to prep family meals. The bottom floor was perfect for hanging out, kids playing games, and even a fire pit with lots of chairs outside to enjoy the evenings.

Last vacation together for a few years

This was my 18 year old sons last vacation with us for awhile. He is going into the air force and he has always loved weeki wachee. The location of this house is amazing. A kayak ride to Rogers Park. When tide was high we ran and jumped into the river. The baby even loved swimming everyday and chilling inside patio or out on dock. Literally a 10 minute or less drive from Weeki Wachee State Park, Pine Island, fishing. We only left to get food or to explore all that this area had to offer. My favorite part of this house is patio. It stays cool and it so relaxing. But if you need handicap accessibility this house is not for you. We would definitely stay again. We have stayed at two other locations on weeki wachee but i think everyone had a favorite and it was this one.

Plenty of space for a big family gathering. Mind the time of year if you’re expecting to see manatees as there is a “off season”, but no matter the time of year this location is very pleasant and the owners were very easy to work with.

For n River Weekend

We loved our stay on the Weeki Wachee river. The home was beautiful and perfectly located. Kayaking along the river, we saw manatees swimming by along with beautiful scenery. The home had everything we needed for all our meals. We hung out on the dock fishing for mullet, mango snapper and other varieties of fish. Excellent weekend on the River. Will definitely come back.

Decent but not the cleanest and repairs needed !

This property is 100% not worth the money
 good things about this rental : Check in process was very easy. Access to the river and kayaks available Game roomDown stairs was a nice touch Sliding door to get in the home will hurt your back. It’s so hard to slide open and close. Came in to dead roaches on check in and woke up to them every morning. You are right next to really run down and questionable properties. The neighbor stayed up all night working in his truck banging and reving the truck up ALL through the night for 3 nights straight. Utensils in the drawer had a nasty greasy film on them and smelt sour The room with the bunk beds that we intended for our young ones was not even practical. The space on the top Bunk to ceiling isn’t even usable to sleep it’s so close to the ceiling. The change water filter in the fridge was on clearly they don’t check that. Bathroom Upstairs lights flickered, one in the shower didn’t work. If you have the lights on you’ll have a headache from flickering. We stay in homes 2x a year for family get aways and this is definitely the worst we’ve stayed in so far. This property would be good for young college kids who want river access and a cool party area downstairs, not a family with small children who care about cleanliness. Honestly feel like we got ripped off. We asked for options of early check in late check out prior to arriving and thank god we didn’t. They wanted $50 and hour per hour we wanted early/late lol Yea right

Kayaking the Weeki

Great property, so easy to kayak on Weeki. Living room was roomy with large sofa that all 4 of us could stretch out on to watch the big TV. Downstairs was really big area to play games and watch TV and outside deck was really nice to relax and watch the water. Quiet neighborhood and management answered any questions quickly. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again!

Family vaca on the river

Love the location of the home. It was clean when we got there. However, we walked into a puddle of water in the kitchen and it was a little annoying to have water dripping on us as we cooked which wasn't too big of a deal but never got the problem resolved while we were there. We still had a great time and the house is in a great location and had lots of amenities! Sad we had to leave a day early because of a hurricane đŸ˜„

Great House and Location at Weeki

Lower outdoor space was wonderful. Enjoy jumping in off the dock and paddleboarding. Brought our boat and had no trouble on the dock. Would rent again.

Great time & perfect patio area!

The property was perfect. The downstairs screened in lanai, made it a great area to entertain with the coolness of the fans, shade, and no bugs! The dock and swim up rock area was perfect to enjoy the cool water during the hot day. With a shower, fridge, food prep area and bathroom downstairs 
.. you could stay outside forever! We saw manatees and dolphins right at the dock. The inside was well stocked and nice. The sofa really needs to be replaced or deep cleaned it was rather gross BUT we only sat 1x the whole week we were there. Most beds were comfy and the air was ICE COLD!! I would suggest more adult size or double kayaks, as we had no kids so could only use 4 at a time, the other adults could not use the kids size. We had a great time and enjoyed all the river life had to offer!! ** the only way inside the house is up a flight of stairs.

Spring Break in Florida

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed in this neighborhood for Spring Break. This was our favorite property so far. Close to the main river channel, a short distance to the Gulf, close to local restaurants and amenities, ample kitchen, and plenty of kayaks. Hopefully it will be available next year :)

Grandson's Spring Break Fun

Beautiful cabin on the springs

Beautiful cabin on the springs, The rooms were clean and well thought out. The game room was a nice. Loved the location as it relates to kayaking. Brunch on the deck was one of my favorite parts.

Weeki Wachee Oasis

Thank you for having our family in your beautiful Weeki Wachee River home. We loved everything about the house, from the unique decor, super comfy beds, with everything one could need upon arrival. The outdoor lower level entertainment area was great for the family/kids. The home sits on the water where just around the bend via the provided kayaks, you’ll find the crystal clear waters you’re looking for. We loved the log cabin style construction that makes the home that much more unique for the area. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Great house for multiple families

The house is in a great location just off the main river. It worked wonderfully for multiple families with lots of activities for the kids to do. The dock worked great for our 24' center console boat.
