The condo was beautiful and very clean. We had some initial issues, but everything was resolved. You cannot check in until exactly 4:00pm or after. Keep that in mind when traveling so you show up on time. The condo was in a perfect location. If you are traveling with kids, visit Lewis Farms. It’s only 30 minutes away from the condo, and they have so many things to do there. There is a splash pad, zoo, and so many activities for the kids. We also went to a Whitecaps game, Michigan Adventure, The John Ball Zoo, and of course Grand Haven. It was a great vacation!

Needs deep clean: lights full of bugs, dirty rugs, and funs covered in dust. Up stairs shower did not work most of trip and stove vent fan broke. Fridge water filter expired. But great location, Easy check in and out

My family of 4, with 2 kids and a grandma, stayed for 4 nights at the end of July during a heat-wave. I am giving this stay 3 stars because of the customer service, or lack of customer service, we received after having issues during our vacation and trying to contact management. Upon arrival at 4pm our condo was over 80 degrees and the AC was not working. After multiple texts and phone calls a repair man was finally came at 9:30pm that evening. He said he fixed a "connector" but the AC was still not working the next morning. After a sleepless sweaty evening and many phone calls, texts, and hassles to actually talk to a manager, I finally talked to Mark. Another repairman came the 2nd evening and then the AC was finally fixed.We also had issues that key fob for the entrance to the condo was not left in the lockbox - this was resolved the second day. After returning from our vacation I tried to contact Unsalted Vacations as I felt that a refund of some sort should be offered for all the issues we had with the AC only to be ghosted for 3 days. I finally contacted VRBO and only then did Unsalted Vacations reply a day later that they would offer a one night refund. VRBO had amazing customer service upon contact and I would like to Thank Maricar for all her help. I will definitely book through VRBO again, but not Unsalted Vacations. While the condo was gorgeous and clean Unsalted Vacations management needs improvement when resolving issues.

Great property. Close to everything in Grand Haven with trolley pickup across the street at the Holiday Inn. Property was accurate to the description. Easy check in/out.

The condo is beautiful. It is big and bright. And the location is convenient to the downtown and beach. But we did have a few issues. There is only one key fob so if you have two families it is a little tricky. The doors to one of the downstairs bedrooms did not close completely, the thermostat was stuck at 77 the last two days and we could not get it lowered. Also, the pool is across a large parking lot. You should definitely get a burger at Mikee’s across the road-delicious!

Great location and beautiful home!

Excellent place to stay. It was our first time to Western Michigan and this was a great place to explore all of the areas. Plenty of room for all and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay!

Truly lovely

The condo is just as described. Lovely furnishings. Comfortable. Well stocked with dishes, etc. it was perfect for my husband and I to sleep upstairs and have my daughter and her husband and child on the first floor. We would definitely recommend it.

Great Grand Haven Summer Stay

Condo was very nice property with a variety of great amenities, close to a lot of eats, the beach, and places to visit and shop. The air conditioning had unexpectedly failed just before our trip, but the agency was extremely solicitous and very accommodating. The addition of mobile air conditioning units and some fans to provide maximum circulation coupled with generally lower temps for the week made a very pleasant stay. The trip was an unqualified success! Thank you for a great week!

Terrific Stay

We had a terrific stay on Spring Lake. This was a very well appointed condo and fit our family well (us + 2 teens and early 20 year old). It was close enough to Grand Haven to bike to the beach and perfectly positioned for baiting on Spring Lake.
