We had an excellent experience at the Zion Canyon Inn & Suites. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day, and the views from the property were absolutely fantastic — you really can’t beat waking up to those red rock cliffs. The entire property was clean and very well maintained, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

Extremely dissatisfied with my stay booked via Expedia. I received discriminatory service: staff were impolite and explicitly stated the poor room assignment (initial handicap room, then corner room, despite requesting two queen beds for a family) was due to booking through a third party. This policy is unacceptable. Furthermore, the room had several failures: dirty toilet, only one fireplace worked, and curtains were faulty
